HOW TO MEASURE?
TO FIT YOUR CHEST SIZE
Measure around the fullest part of your chest while keeping the tape parallel to the floor. This helps select the appropriate size to fit your chest.
GARMENT CHEST
Measure the chest of a garment that fits you well from one armpit to the other and double it. Compare this to the garment chest measurements in the table.
SHOULDER
Measure across the back from one shoulder seam to the other at the widest point. This gives the shoulder width of the garment.
LENGTH
For length measurements, stand straight against a wall with your heels together. Place the measuring tape from your waist down to the floor.
