By accessing or using www.thebareminimumclub.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and FAQs. If this doesn't work for you, please don't use the site.

1.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or browsing under supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

1.3 Products, Drops & Availability

Our products are often released as limited drops. Quantities are limited, restocks are not guaranteed, and once something sells out—it's gone. We reserve the right to:

Limit quantities per customer
Modify or discontinue products
Cancel orders suspected to be bulk buying, reselling, or misuse

1.4 Pricing

All prices are listed in INR. Prices may change without prior notice. Taxes and shipping (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

1.5 Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer. An order is confirmed only once it is dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, payment failures, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

1.6 Payments

We accept prepaid payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) (where available). Payments are processed through secure third party gateways. We do not store your card or banking details.

1.7 Intellectual Property

Everything you see here - logos, graphics, designs, text, images, and product designs, belongs to The Bare Minimum Club. No copying, reselling, or commercial use without written permission.

1.8 User Conduct

Please don't misuse the website. That includes hacking, scraping, fake orders, resale abuse, or anything illegal.

1.9 Disclaimer

Products are sold "as is". Slight variations in colour, fit, or finish may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or production batches. These do not qualify as defects.

1.10 Limitation of Liability

TBMC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.

1.11 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, logistics disruptions, or internet outages.
