Return & Refund Policy
4.1 Returns
We accept returns only if:
- You receive a defective product, or
- You receive the wrong item
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing photos/videos.
4.2 Size Exchanges
Size exchanges are allowed once per order, subject to stock availability. Shipping costs for exchanges may be borne by the customer.
4.3 Non Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted products
- Limited drop items
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
4.4 Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
