4.1 Returns

1. Returns

We accept returns if:

  1. You receive a defective or damaged product, or

  2. You receive the wrong item, or

  3. You no longer want the product

All return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery by writing to us at supporttbmc@gmail.com with clear unboxing videos and photos of the product.

Items must be unused and returned with the original tag intact to be eligible for a return. A return request will be rejected if the returned item is found to be in any of the following conditions:

  • Damaged or tampered 

  • Used or washed

  • Has any stain or odour

  • Missing or removed tags

  • Wrong product returned

Once the item is received at our warehouse, a quality check will be conducted. If any concerns arise during the quality check, we will reach out to you directly. Refunds will be processed only upon successful completion of the quality check.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at supporttbmc@gmail.com with a mandatory unboxing video as proof. Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

3. Size Exchanges

Size exchanges are allowed only once per order, within 5 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, you can choose an alternate product of equivalent value or store credit of equivalent value which is available for lifetime. If not required, you can return the product within 5 days of delivery and initiate a refund, which is subject to quality check. 

Size exchange request will be rejected if the item is in the following condition - 

  • Damaged or tampered

  • Used or washed

  • Has any stain or odour 

  • Missing or removed tags

  • Wrong product returned

Shipping charges for size exchanges: Return shipping and one-time re-delivery of the exchanged product will be borne by us for the first and only exchange per order. Subsequent requests will not be accepted.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only within 36 hours of placing an order. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

To request a cancellation, email us at supporttbmc@gmail.com with your order number. 

5. Refunds

Once a return is approved and passes the quality check, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

We accept prepaid orders only. Cash on delivery is not available.
